Vehicle Passes
- Vehicle passes are still required to enter the property
- Vehicle passes can be obtained by mail or by calling the office at 850-269-0122
- You must have a credit card to pre-pay for passes. There will be NO handling of cash .
- Vehicle passes that are not filled out completely are subject to $25 fines
High Rises at Seascape (Ariel Dunes I & II, Majestic Sun, Wyndham)
- Residents in high rise buildings should check with the building management in terms of access to pools, fitness rooms, other facilities, etc.
Seascape will continue to follow the COVID-19 situation closely.
FLORIDA EXECUTIVE ORDERS
PHASE 1-3: SAFE. SMART. STEP-BY STEP. PLAN FOR FLORIDA'S RECOVERY.
Phase 1 took effect May 4, 2020 and was updated May 11, 14 and 15, 2020.
Phase 2 took effect June 5, 2020 for all Florida countries except Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach.
Phase 3 took effect September 25, 2020 for all Florida countries.
ALL VACATION RENTALS SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY PER FL EXECUTIVE ORDER 20-112.
Effective 4/29/2020, Governor DeSantis issued Executive Order 20-112 which initiated Phase One of Florida's reopening plan and subsequently extended the ban on vacation rentals indefinitely.
FLORIDA STAY-AT-HOME ORDER.
Effective 4/3/2020, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis issued Executive Order 20-91, ordering all non-essential persons in Florida to shelter in place or stay at home.
INDIVIDUALS ARRIVING FROM AREAS WITH SUBSTANTIAL COMMUNITY SPREAD MUST QUARANTINE FOR 14 DAYS.
The Governor also issued Executive Order 20-86, directing all persons who enter the State of Florida from an area with substantial community spread, to include the State of Louisiana, inclusive of those entering the State of Florida by roadways, to isolate or quarantine for a period of 14 days from the time of entry into the State of Florida or the duration of the person’s presence in the State of Florida, whichever is shorter.
WALTON COUNTY
04/28/2020: Walton County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) approves ordinance 2020-35 to reopen all Walton County beaches to the public as of May 1, 2020 with certain social distancing recommendations.
04/02/2020: Walton County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) modifies ordinance and approves the closure of all beaches in Walton County.
03/19/2020: Walton County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) approves ordinance to close all beaches to the public for 30 days.
